This is the first day of my life.
You know situations like this. You'd been dreaming about someone for so long. You always imagined what it would've been like to meet, to talk, to wait for a bus together, to laugh at each other. You did every-fucking-thing to make it happen. You were feeling sad, lonely and all that crappy stuff to suffer through the way to reach the goal you'd made up. Then, it happens. All of a sudden, just when you were feeling like 'ok, so this is never gonna come true, I'm fine about it 'cause what else can I do?'. Nothing that unusual happens after all, you're just talking, making fun of each other and things like that. Normal. Friends. Yeah, why not. Blah. Whatevs. But there's a slight touch of disappointment in your palette of current feelings and somehow you can't help it. The disappointment doesn't come out from the meeting itself, it comes out from the person you're with. It's just.. well, there are no epic moments, no signs of destiny, no 'love at the first sight' /though you hate that term./. The moment you've lived for turns out to be nothing special at all and you must admit it, at least to yourself. 'Cause you're always being honest with yourself, that's your rule. For some stupid reason you thought something would be solved and set right that day. Nothing is. The thing that scares you the most is the absolute absence of special feelings you secretely hoped for. The person is not as divine and perfect as you though he would be, not at all. He's..just a boy.
